Disc herniation exercises

If you’re experiencing a disc herniation, here are some helpful at-home exercises to perform between clinic visits.

  • Prone cobra

  • Lower trunk rotation

  • Glute bridge

  • Dead bug

  • Bird dog

  • Hip flexion

We suggest performing 8 repetitions of each exercise, 3 sets, twice per day.
